Junior Associate – Import, Export Operations ( Packaging )

We are looking for a motivated Junior Associate – Import, Export Operations to support our international trade, sourcing, and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in global trade while contributing to marketing and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review import/export documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers.
Track international shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Assist with customs clearance and trade compliance.
Maintain shipment records, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
Support sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and customers.
Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
Communicate professionally with international clients and suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in import/export, logistics, marketing, or business development.
Basic understanding of international trade, shipping documents, and Incoterms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of customs procedures and international logistics.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or logistics software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in international business.
