Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across Tidy Ninja’s services and products. Based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, this hybrid position combines on-site coordination. Daily responsibilities include managing workflows, supervising organizing teams, optimizing inventory and logistics for organizing products, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, refine processes for efficiency, coordinate with sales and customer support, and help maintain high standards for client satisfaction. This role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in consumer services, retail, or home/corporate organizing domains.
Strong skills in process optimization, workflow planning, and resource allocation.
Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and implement improvements based on insights.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
Comfort with digital tools for scheduling, project management, and reporting.
Leadership experience in supervising teams, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a office setup in the Greater Bengaluru Area and adapt to changing operational needs.
