About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in CarPlay and Android Auto touchscreen upgrades for pickup trucks.
With revenue growing from $60K in 2021 to $4.5M in 2025, the company is now expanding its sales operations and looking for its first dedicated Inbound Sales Closer to build its phone sales channel.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business, work directly with the founders, and potentially grow into a sales leadership role as the team expands.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced B2C Sales Closer who knows how to turn high-intent inbound leads into paying customers.
You'll handle approximately 13 inbound pre-purchase calls and follow up on 10 abandoned checkouts per day. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, recommend the right products, close sales over the phone, and maximize order value through relevant upselling opportunities.
This is a dedicated sales position, not a customer support role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and close sales during the conversation.
Follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover potential sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and upgrades.
Create Shopify draft orders and guide customers through checkout.
Increase average order value through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-vehicle purchases.
Track sales performance, including conversion rates, average order value, and daily sales.
Follow established sales scripts and continuously improve your sales approach.
Share customer insights with the founders to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience closing B2C sales over the phone, preferably in high-volume, transactional environments.
Advanced English proficiency, with clear, confident, and natural spoken communication.
Proven ability to close sales during short sales cycles (15–30 minutes).
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Results-oriented mindset and familiarity with sales KPIs, including close rates, average ticket size, and daily call volume.
Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of leads, and take ownership of results.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools. Shopify experience is a plus.
Reliable internet connection, a professional headset, and a quiet home office.
Availability to work the required U.S. Central Time schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
USD $1,400 monthly base + 1% uncapped commission on eligible sales closed live over the phone.
Estimated total monthly earnings of $2,350 with 3 sales per day, or $3,200–$3,500 with 5 sales per day and strong upselling performance. Actual earnings are not guaranteed.
