Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within defined TAT
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Support onboarding coordination when required
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Good understanding of recruitment processes and screening techniques
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions within tight timelines (TAT)
