$60K – $150K total comp

Roles & Ranges
• Staff | $60-85K – Prepare individual & entity returns; support planning
• Senior | $85-115K – Review complex returns; lead engagements; mentor staff
• Manager | $120-150K – Own client portfolios; drive tax strategy; grow team
