Position Overview
eClerx Services Limited is seeking Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts to join its US Voice Process in Chandigarh.
The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving customer queries, providing appropriate information and solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.
The position requires strong English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US customers and provide professional customer support.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries accurately and efficiently.
Provide appropriate information, solutions, and assistance based on customer needs.
Identify relevant opportunities for sales and upselling during customer interactions.
Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Adhere to defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Willingness to work in rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment.
Ability to commute to the Chandigarh office.
Candidates must currently reside in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas.
Location Requirement
This position is based in Chandigarh and requires 100% Work From Office.
Candidates must currently be residing in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas and should be able to commute to the office.
Candidates currently residing in distant cities or states and requiring relocation to Chandigarh are not eligible for this opening.
Compensation
In-hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month after successful completion of probation
Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000
