[Essential Job Functions]
- Analyzing law-related issues, evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions or operations, and reviewing the organization's current or proposed activities to ensure that the comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice and guidance on legal matters.
- Preparing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
-Coordinating with outside counsel and liaising with them on a project or regulatory basis.
- Assisting with the internal administrative affairs of Legal.
- Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
-At least 3+ years of law firm experience or 5+ years of corporate legal experience
