Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, managing job postings and interviews, preparing and updating HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs to support retention and growth. Collaboration with finance and other departments on payroll inputs, benefits administration, and workforce planning is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to India.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, basic data analysis, and documentation for HR reporting and audits.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in a dynamic or growth-oriented organization.
