We are looking for a high-quality Spanish-speaking Video Editor to join our content team and work on professional YouTube, podcast, educational, and social media content.
This is not just a basic cut-and-caption role. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, professional visual presentation, and modern YouTube editing.
What You’ll Edit
Long-form YouTube videos
Podcast-style talking-head videos
Short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Business, finance, UAE company formation, investment, and real estate content
Spanish-language content targeting audiences across Latin America and Spain
Your Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos
Remove pauses, mistakes, repetition, and unnecessary sections
Improve pacing and viewer retention
Add relevant B-roll, stock footage, screenshots, graphics, and visual elements
Add professional titles, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics
Clean and enhance audio
Perform basic color correction and grading
Add Spanish subtitles/captions when required
Make sure graphics, captions, and B-roll accurately match what the speaker is saying
Create short-form clips from long-form videos
Maintain consistent branding across videos
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Spanish is required
Strong understanding of spoken Spanish is extremely important
Proven professional video editing experience
Excellent sense of pacing and storytelling
Strong attention to detail
Experience editing YouTube and podcast content
Ability to understand enough English to work with English instructions and reference material
Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar professional software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
