Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Leadership role (CHRO & Head of Business Development) based in Mumbai. The role involves leading the human resources function, including designing and updating HR policies, overseeing talent management, and driving performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising leadership on people strategy, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations. The position also requires driving business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth. The leader will be expected to mentor HR and business development teams, establish measurable KPIs, and contribute to long-term organizational strategy in the IoT and Industry 4.0 space.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including experience in HR Policies and Employee Relations.
Proven expertise in Talent Management and Performance Management, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
Demonstrated success in senior business development roles, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
Experience in technology, manufacturing, IoT, or Industry 4.0 environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute.
