## About the Role
Vedricx Global is looking for a **highly motivated and leadership-driven Operations Intern** who wants to build a real career in business operations, sales, marketing, and team management.
This is not a traditional internship where you will only be given individual tasks. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the **CEO / Founder** and play an active role in coordinating teams, driving departmental performance, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that organizational targets are achieved.
The role is particularly suitable for someone who can **take ownership, communicate confidently, influence people, and get things done.**
## Key Roles & Responsibilities
### 1. Team & Department Coordination
* Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Work with sales, marketing, HR, and other teams to support organizational objectives.
* Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks, deadlines, and targets.
* Identify delays, performance gaps, and operational issues and help resolve them.
* Ensure that teams remain aligned with company priorities.
### 2. Sales & Marketing Operations
* Work closely with the **Sales and Marketing teams**, which will be a major focus of this role.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Push team members toward target completion and maintain accountability.
* Track lead generation, sales activities, conversions, and other important performance indicators.
* Identify reasons behind underperformance and coordinate with team members to improve results.
* Support the implementation of strategies designed to increase business performance.
### 3. KPI & Performance Management
* Help create and maintain **KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)** for teams and individual members.
* Track whether employees and interns are meeting their assigned targets.
* Prepare performance updates and communicate important observations to management.
* Help establish measurable goals for different departments.
* Encourage a performance-driven and accountable working culture.
### 4. Operations & Leadership
* Assist the CEO / Founder in managing daily operational activities.
* Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate between departments and maintain effective communication.
* Help develop processes, systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency.
* Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
* Act as a bridge between management and operational teams when required.
### 5. Team Leadership
* Motivate and guide team members toward achieving their targets.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with team members.
* Communicate expectations clearly and professionally.
* Handle basic team coordination and performance-related discussions.
* Build accountability and ensure that commitments are followed through.
* Step up as a leader when situations require decision-making and ownership.

## Internship Duration
You may choose your preferred internship duration:
**3 Months | 6 Months**
The longer internship duration may provide greater exposure to operations, leadership, and organizational management.
