Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations across Saks Hospitality Pvt Ltd and Saks Culinary LLP, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent service standards, and adherence to company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for supervising operational teams, coordinating between hospitality and culinary functions, and monitoring performance against key metrics. The role includes managing budgets, and implementing process improvements to enhance guest experience and operational profitability.
The Head of Operations will develop and enforce standard operating procedures, address operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. This position will also involve mentoring team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, and collaborating with senior leadership and will directly report to the Directors .
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and oversight of multi-site or multi-function operations.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
Candidates should possess proven Team Management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and clear reporting.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, including cost control, forecasting, and financial planning for operational units.
Relevant experience in hospitality, food service, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business , Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with operational software are advantageous.
