Role Description The Chief Financial Officer at Techware Hub is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and guiding the organization’s long-term financial strategy. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, supervising the preparation and review of financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The CFO will monitor cash flow, assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide analytical insights to support executive decision-making. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership to align financial plans with business goals, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize resource allocation across the company.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including experience with corporate finance principles and financial management.
Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and long-range financial modeling.
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements in accordance with applicable standards.
Experience with Financial Reporting, including internal management reports and external stakeholder reporting.
Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
