What you'll do 💼
As a Talent Partner, you'll own and continuously improve the entire recruitment cycle from the very first interaction through pre-onboarding.
Responsibilities ✏️
Own the entire recruitment cycle from first outreach through interviews and pre-onboarding.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, engaging, and human, no matter the outcome.
Design and improve recruiting communications and resources, emails, surveys, templates, interview instructions, bringing a sharp eye for design and fresh ideas.
Partner closely with hiring teams to keep processes moving with urgency and quality, giving direct feedback and treating feedback you receive as fuel for improvement.
Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize the candidate journey.
Redesign recruiting workflows using AI and automation.
Who you are 🔍
Candidate-obsessed: You care about the experience at every stage, win or lose, and know that means respecting people's time, giving real feedback, and making them feel valued.
People person: 1+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops, HR, Customer Success, Employee Experience, or Recruiting Ops, where communication and process were core to your job.
Sharp communicator: C1+ English, confident and engaging, in writing and live.
AI-curious: You're interested and eager to learn more about AI. You also see it as a tool to go beyond prompting and actually redesign workflows!
Self-starter: Proactive, resourceful, and quick on your feet, even in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-volume environments.
Tech-fluent: Comfortable working remotely, proficient in Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS, and automation tools.
Long-term player: You’ve stayed at least 2 years in one of your last three roles.
