Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role focuses on generating new business leads, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting Padhaaro Sa’s event and hospitality services across weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and event planning teams to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and representing the brand at industry events, networking forums, and partner meetings.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage diverse clients and clearly articulate service offerings and value.
Knowledge of event, wedding, and hospitality management services, including basic understanding of logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and client requirements simultaneously.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, and online communication platforms to manage pipelines and reporting.
Prior experience in hospitality, events, travel, or related service industries is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area, including flexible hours, weekends, and evenings as per event and client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
