Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department, focusing on the used tractor financing segment. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financing needs, and providing tailored financial solutions for used tractor purchases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural financing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in rural markets by promoting used tractor financing products and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the used tractor financing segment to drive loan disbursements.
Conduct detailed customer needs analysis to recommend appropriate financial products and services tailored to used tractor purchases.
Coordinate with credit and risk teams to facilitate timely loan processing and ensure adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rural and semi-urban markets to expand the bank’s used tractor financing portfolio.
Provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the loan lifecycle, including documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote used tractor financing schemes and participate in field campaigns and customer outreach programs.
Monitor and manage the quality of the loan portfolio by ensuring timely repayments and minimizing non-performing assets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay updated with industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting agricultural and tractor financing.
Train and mentor junior sales staff and field agents to enhance their understanding of used tractor financing products and customer engagement techniques.
