Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django framework.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
Strong knowledge of AWS (deployment, scaling, and monitoring tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a remote team setting.
Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.
Proficient in code versioning tools and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating third-party APIs and services within Django applications.
Background in performance tuning and security best practices for cloud-based environments.
Contributions to open-source Python projects or technical communities.
