At Acendae, we’re looking for a People & Culture Intern who is eager to learn, take responsibility and grow with us.
💼 What You’ll Work On
Assist with HR and day-to-day operations
Support recruitment, interviews and hiring
Assist with client communications and coordination
Support employee onboarding & offboarding
Manage HR documentation and records
Assist with employee engagement and coordination
Support Acendae’s employer branding and company culture
Help coordinate internal activities, processes and administrative tasks
Work closely with the People & Culture and management teams across different areas of the business
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Sinhala
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working remotely
Proactive, responsible and willing to take initiative
Passionate about people, HR and business operations
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Previous HR experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most
This isn’t an internship where you’ll only be handling paperwork. You’ll get exposure to real HR, operations, recruitment, people management, communications and business activities.
