Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives, growth priorities, and evolving market conditions.
Financial Performance Management
Analyze financial performance, establish key financial metrics, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Capital Allocation and Optimization
Lead capital allocation strategies, evaluate funding requirements, and optimize financial resources across strategic initiatives and business units.
Forecasting and Financial Modeling
Oversee financial forecasting, scenario analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Investment and Business Evaluation
Assess investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business cases through financial analysis and risk-adjusted evaluation.
Financial Risk and Governance
Identify financial risks, strengthen financial controls, and ensure strategic financial activities align with internal governance standards and applicable requirements.
Executive Advisory and Cross-Functional Partnership
Provide executive leadership with financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision support while partnering with business and functional leaders.

QualificationsEducation Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA, Master’s degree in Finance, or CFA credential preferred.
Work Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or related functions.
5+ years of senior leadership experience in strategic finance or financial management.
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance analysis.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business strategies.
Experience partnering with executive leadership on major financial and strategic decisions.
