Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Site Engineer based in Anand, with a mix of on-site work and limited work-from-home flexibility. The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site supervision of electrical works, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring progress against plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes, and resolving technical issues on site. The role involves performing and reviewing electrical testing procedures, preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality inspections. The Electrical Site Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure that electrical systems are installed as per drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity and power distribution principles.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Site Supervision of electrical works, including coordination with teams and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should possess hands-on capabilities in Electrical Testing, including inspection, measurement, and verification of system performance.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions for electrical equipment and systems.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with site teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a site environment.
Previous experience as an Electrical Site Engineer or similar site-based role is an advantage.
