Role Description The Data Analyst role at ShieldCorium is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. In this role, the Data Analyst will gather, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models to support business decision-making. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate business questions into analytical tasks, and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner. The position also includes documenting methodologies, monitoring key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and applied quantitative methods.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with structured and unstructured data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presenting data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL or similar query languages.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
