Role Description The Telecaller role at ABSOLUTE FOUNDATION is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Telecaller will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about courses and services, and respond to inquiries from prospective and existing students. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, and supporting admission and outreach activities. The role also involves coordinating with the academic and administrative teams, sharing accurate information, and offering courteous and professional assistance to all callers.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or database systems.
Customer service mindset with active listening skills, patience, and a problem-solving approach.
Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education support is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; graduation in any field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
