Data Hatch builds agentic AI and pricing/risk models for UK lenders and insurers. Clients get working systems in six weeks, in their own data platform, at a fixed price. We're a small, senior team, and you'll work directly with the founder.
The role
A part-time, remote SDR role focused on one market: UK lenders and insurers. Your job is to start worthwhile conversations with heads of credit, pricing, risk, claims and data, and book them into meetings with our founder, who runs every meeting and closes.
• Research target accounts and find the right buyer at each
• Cold call, email and LinkedIn outreach to senior UK buyers
• Handle early objections and secure a next step
• Keep the CRM up to date and share weekly numbers
• Review calls with the founder twice a week and improve fast
What we're looking for
• You have personally booked meetings with senior buyers through cold calls and follow-up, not just email sequences
• You can hold a natural, confident conversation with a senior UK decision-maker
• You're curious about business problems and learn quickly from feedback
• You can reliably work agreed hours during UK business hours
• Experience selling data, AI, software or services into financial services is a strong plus
Terms
• 15–20 hours a week, UK business hours, fully remote
• £1,000/month fixed, plus a bonus for every qualified meeting held
• Starts with a 6-week paid pilot, with a clear path to more hours
• Candidates based in the UK or India are welcome, if you have sold into the UK before
