UX Designer

Responsibilities:
Lead UX design initiatives for core platform experiences across enterprise web applications.
Design scalable workflows, navigation systems, dashboards, alert systems, and enterprise interactions.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to define product experiences from concept to delivery.
Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive and usable workflows.
Improve user efficiency, discoverability, clarity, and workflow scalability across the platform.
Drive information architecture and interaction design decisions for complex systems.
Conduct user research, workflow analysis, usability reviews, and competitor benchmarking.
Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity product experiences.
Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems and UX standards.
Security Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in design decisions.
Collaborate directly with enterprise stakeholders and internal teams to understand real customer pain points.
Participate in product strategy discussions and influence UX direction across the platform.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers through reviews and collaborative feedback.
Requirements:
5 - 7 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
Strong experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Proven experience working on complex workflows, dashboards, admin systems, or workflow-heavy products.
Strong product thinking and systems thinking mindset.
Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, usability, and workflow optimisation.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern product design processes.
Strong understanding of enterprise UX patterns, scalability, and component-driven systems.
Ability to simplify highly technical or data-heavy workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Leadership, and Customers.
Strong understanding of user behaviour, cognitive load, decision-making patterns, and usability principles.
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped enterprise products.
