Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Artificial Intelligence for a 100% remote role based in the United States to spearhead our AI roadmap and center of excellence. You will lead global initiatives, direct research and engineering teams, and deploy production-grade AI platforms that transform insurance underwriting, risk management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic AI Leadership: Align North American AI/ML strategies with global "AI in ALL" goals and drive scalable software delivery.
Enterprise AI & Architecture: Oversee production-grade AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, and advanced inference infrastructure.
Insurance Value Chain Optimization: Integrate generative and predictive AI into automated underwriting, claims, and personalized financial services.
AI Governance & Security: Enforce enterprise AI controls, data classification, agent identity management, and regulatory compliance.
Global Collaboration & Talent: Anchor US operations across international time zones while mentoring elite engineering teams and building external technology alliances.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 15+ years in quantitative fields, with 8+ years in senior AI/ML executive leadership within financial, insurance, or tech organizations.
Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Technical & Domain Mastery: Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, LLMs, agent runtimes, and fintech/insurance workflows.
Leadership & Communication: Outstanding cross-border program management and English communication skills for C-suite and regulatory stakeholders.
