Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for an Investor Relations and Business Development Professional. The role involves managing relationships with existing and potential investors, preparing investment presentations, reports, and updates, and responding to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The professional will analyze financial and market data, support the evaluation of investment opportunities, and contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new partnerships and strategic projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings and events, maintaining investor databases, collaborating with internal teams to gather information, and ensuring clear, consistent communication of the group’s strategy and performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Investor Relations and Communication, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of Investments and Finance, including understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and market dynamics.
Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial or CRM tools.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or business development is preferred.
