Role Description The VP of Leadership Development is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and overseeing leadership development strategies across client organizations. This role involves conducting needs analyses, advising senior leaders, and creating integrated programs for leadership development, succession planning, and executive coaching. The VP will lead consulting engagements, develop training frameworks and curricula, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals. Day-to-day activities include managing project teams, monitoring program outcomes, presenting recommendations, and continuously improving methodologies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
Leadership Development and Succession Planning skills, with experience building and implementing comprehensive leadership pipelines.
Needs Analysis and Consulting skills to assess organizational requirements and provide evidence-based advisory services.
Training design and delivery skills, including developing curricula and facilitating leadership programs for diverse audiences.
Proven experience in executive coaching, strategic HR, or organizational development within complex organizations.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in coaching or OD are a plus.
