Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Automation Engineer will design, implement, and maintain automated systems and process control solutions for manufacturing and industrial applications. Daily responsibilities include configuring and testing control systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, optimizing equipment performance, and supporting electrical and robotic systems integration. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation of system changes, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Automation Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support training or knowledge sharing related to automation technologies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Automation and Process Control, including configuring, monitoring, and optimizing automated systems.
Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to understand and work with electrical circuits, control panels, and related equipment.
Experience with Robotics, including integration, programming basics, and maintenance of robotic systems in industrial environments.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and software issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
