Freelance Chat Support & Client Relationship Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to manage WhatsApp communication, lead follow-ups, and client coordination for an online fitness and nutrition coaching business.
This is a remote, part-time freelance role suitable for someone who already has experience in customer support, chat support, client relationship management, sales follow-ups, or appointment setting.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries received through WhatsApp Business.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in coaching services.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with leads.
- Schedule consultation calls with interested prospects.
- Follow up with existing clients when required.
- Maintain a simple record of leads, follow-ups, and scheduled calls.
- Post provided content on WhatsApp Status every morning.
- Ensure enquiries and follow-ups are not missed.
Who We're Looking For
- A freelancer who is good at Texting in English, and Hindi.
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, client relationship management, sales follow-ups, or a similar role.
- Good written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with potential and existing clients through WhatsApp.
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Experience working with a fitness, healthcare, coaching, or service-based business is an added advantage.
Working Arrangement
This is not a full-time position. The expected workload is approximately 30–60 minutes per day, depending on the number of enquiries and follow-ups.
The role is fully remote with flexible working hours, although timely responses to leads are expected.
