Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with experience managing multiple client accounts and building strong social media presence.

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content for different brands
Plan, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns
Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, leads, and overall brand visibility
Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to develop creatives, reels, posts, and campaign assets
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across all client accounts
Follow up on client approvals, campaign progress, and deliverables
Prepare and review social media performance and campaign reports
Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities
Suggest creative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client performance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media best practices
Experience with Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns
Strong content planning and campaign management skills
Creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in English and Malayalam, both written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with designers and other team members
