Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to help organizations make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization, reporting, and analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within large datasets.
Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
Automate recurring reports and data analysis processes.
Prepare data-driven presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and management teams.
Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI tool.
Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Experience working with large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of statistical analysis.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
