As an International Sales Manager, you will lead the expansion of our international business by growing distributor and retail partnerships, driving sales of licensed product portfolios, and identifying opportunities in key global markets. You'll combine commercial expertise with a passion for entertainment and collectibles to bring our brands to fans worldwide.
Responsibilities:
· Expand Global Distribution: Identify, vet, and onboard regional distributors and direct retail partners in key global markets.
· Manage Licensed Portfolios: Pitch and sell product lines tailored to regional fan demands for specific entertainment licenses.
· Negotiate Trade Terms: Lead commercial discussions regarding international pricing structures, minimum order quantities, and regional exclusivity.
· Represent the brand at major international events like Nuremberg Toy Fair, BLE, Tokyo Comic Con.
· Analyze Market Trends: Track the global pop culture landscape, box office trends, and anime/gaming releases to forecast product demand.
· Oversee ERP-based order management, validating order accuracy and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure shipments are executed according to schedule.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 5+ years of international sales experience, specifically within the collectibles, toy, gaming, or entertainment licensing industries.
· Industry Passion: Deep knowledge of pop culture trends, anime, movies, comic books, and the global collector community.
· Distribution Network: Proven track record of managing distributor networks across key regions like EMEA, APAC, or LATAM.
· Contract Expertise: Strong experience navigating complex international trade terms and intellectual property licensing boundaries.
· Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and conventions.
