I. Position Overview
Responsible for planning, executing, and implementing the company's overall digital transformation strategy, driving the digital upgrade of business processes, technical architecture, data systems, and operational models.
This role requires close collaboration with the CEO, CIO/CTO, and senior management across business units to identify efficiency bottlenecks and digital opportunities within traditional workflows, formulate medium- to long-term digital transformation roadmaps, and oversee the advancement and management of key digital projects.
For finance, investment, digital asset, and derivatives businesses, the role focuses on areas such as trading systems, customer management, data analytics, risk management, automated operations, and digital customer service.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategic Planning
Formulate the company's medium- to long-term digital transformation strategy and implementation roadmap.
Analyze business development needs and identify business segments suitable for digital, automated, and intelligent transformation.
Ensure alignment between the digital strategy and the company's overall business strategy and operational goals.
Evaluate the potential impact of emerging technologies and digital solutions on the company's business model.
Report progress, project outcomes, and risks regarding digital transformation to the CEO and senior management.
2. Digital Project Management
Oversee the overall planning, implementation, and delivery of key digital transformation projects.
Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, key milestones, and performance indicators.
Coordinate across departments such as IT, operations, finance, risk management, compliance, HR, and customer service.
Manage internal teams, external technology vendors, and consulting firms.
Supervise project implementation quality and promptly resolve issues arising from cross-departmental collaboration.
3. Business Process Digitalization
Map out core business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.
Drive the transition from manual workflows to digital, standardized, and automated processes.
Establish mechanisms for process management and continuous optimization.
Leverage digital tools to reduce operational costs while enhancing execution efficiency and data transparency.
4. Data and Intelligence Infrastructure
Drive the development of enterprise data governance, data integration, and data analytics systems.
Establish digital dashboards for management and business analytics systems.
Promote the application of data in investment analysis, risk control, customer management, and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams to explore the application of technologies such as AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation. 5. Digitalization of Financial and Trading Operations
Drive the digital upgrade of systems related to trading, investment, asset management, and risk management.
Optimize the integration of trading, market, and customer data.
Support the development of automated trading workflows, risk monitoring, and operational management systems.
Facilitate the integration of new business lines—such as digital assets and derivatives—with the company's existing digital infrastructure.
6. Organization and Change Management
Guide employees in adapting to new digital workflows and management practices.
Develop plans for digital training and internal adoption.
Establish a performance evaluation system for digital transformation projects.
Foster long-term collaboration between business and technology teams.
III. Qualifications
18+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, strategic consulting, business transformation, or related fields.
Experience with digital transformation projects at large enterprises or financial institutions.
Proven experience in end-to-end project management, from strategic planning to implementation.
Familiarity with enterprise digitalization, data governance, cloud computing, AI, automation, and system integration.
Strong cross-departmental coordination and senior management communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business solutions.
Strong capabilities in business analysis, project management, and strategic planning.
Experience in finance, investment, digital assets, trading platforms, or the derivatives industry is preferred.
Background in MBA, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
