Role Description The VP of Corporate Strategy Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. This role will oversee corporate development initiatives, including market analysis, partnership evaluations, and growth opportunities in wealth management and financial services. The VP will collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategic goals, translate them into actionable plans, and monitor performance against key metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and competitive analyses, driving cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, operations, and client-focused outcomes. The role also involves advising on resource allocation, risk management, and change management to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
Experience in Corporate Development, such as evaluating partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances.
Background in Consulting, with proven ability to structure complex problems and recommend actionable solutions.
Solid Finance knowledge, including corporate finance, investment principles, and performance measurement.
Demonstrated Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term objectives and implementing execution plans.
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, collaboration, and digital communication skills.
