We are looking for an intern who is curious, detail-oriented, and interested in getting hands-on experience testing a real-world cloud product.
Role Description
The Product Testing Intern will work remotely with the ARkION team to test and evaluate ARkION CloudHelp across different user workflows, AWS configurations, and product scenarios.
The intern will actively explore the platform, identify bugs and inconsistencies, verify expected behavior, and provide structured feedback that can directly influence product improvements.
Responsibilities
Test ARkION CloudHelp across different user workflows and scenarios.
Execute predefined test cases as well as exploratory testing.
Identify functional bugs, UI/UX issues, incorrect calculations, unexpected behavior, and edge cases.
Test AWS-related workflows and cloud cost analysis features.
Document issues with clear steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual results.
Capture relevant screenshots, logs, or supporting information when reporting issues.
Retest resolved issues and perform regression testing.
Analyze test results and identify recurring patterns or potential product weaknesses.
Provide practical suggestions for improving usability and reliability.
Collaborate remotely with the product and development team.
Assist in preparing testing reports and product feedback summaries.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of AWS or cloud computing.
Strong attention to detail and curiosity to explore how software behaves under different conditions.
Ability to identify and clearly communicate bugs and unexpected behavior.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.
Basic knowledge of software testing or QA concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with web applications, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
