About the Role
We're hiring a full-time remote Sales Representative to close inbound business for Get Merch. This role is open to candidates across the United States.
Get Merch receives 50-100 inbound leads per day, and you'll help manage and convert that demand into orders. You'll focus on following up with interested prospects, leading sales conversations, and closing custom merchandise orders. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping track and managing dozens of customers every day.
Compensation: $115,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE): $50,000 annual base salary + 15% of all profits generated
What You'll Do
- Manage and follow up with inbound leads, keeping prospects engaged from their first inquiry through the close.
- Guide customers through product options, quotes, and next steps to close orders.
- Work with our design team to create mock-ups for each client.
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
- Track your calls, follow-ups, pipeline, and conversions to consistently hit sales targets.
