Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand building, market positioning, and growth initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with the executive team, as well as business development, product, and technology teams, to establish a strong market presence and communicate Zero Hasha’s value proposition to institutional clients, financial professionals, technology partners, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
Establish and strengthen Zero Hasha’s brand positioning within the fintech and digital asset markets.
Lead B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and communications efforts.
Plan and produce thought leadership content covering digital assets, market intelligence, blockchain technology, and financial innovation.
Orchestrate marketing campaigns to generate high-quality business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the management of the website, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and other marketing channels.
Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to translate complex fintech concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis.
Establish marketing KPIs, budgets, reporting systems, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
Build and manage the marketing team as the business expands.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, analysts, and the fintech community.
Represent Zero Hasha at industry conferences, investor events, and other professional gatherings. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience; background in Fintech, financial services, digital assets, SaaS, or the technology sector is preferred. Executive-level marketing leadership experience.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing and the Fintech market.
Hands-on experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
Experience building high-performing marketing teams.
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical and financial concepts.
Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, brand building, and demand generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred.
