Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate (GSA) is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fern Residency in Dholpur. The associate will support daily food and beverage operations, including taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Responsibilities include assisting with buffet setups, ensuring proper presentation of food, coordinating with the kitchen team, and handling basic billing or order entries as required. The role also involves responding to guest requests, resolving minor service issues, and following all hygiene, safety, and quality standards set by the hotel. The associate is expected to work collaboratively with the wider team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service during all shifts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including basic knowledge of menu items and service standards.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, such as understanding food handling, basic preparation, and hygiene practices.
Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar hospitality settings is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and follow safety and hygiene protocols.
Basic proficiency in English or local language for guest communication is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
