Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for various client projects.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Build and improve web applications, backend services, mobile applications, APIs, or automation systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
Collaborate with international clients and distributed teams.
Research and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development tools when appropriate.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Manage priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Share knowledge with team members and support less experienced developers.
Maintain high standards for software quality, performance, and security.
Requirements / Qualifications
3+ years of professional software development experience (senior candidates preferred, exceptional candidates are welcome regardless of years of experience).
Proficiency in at least one programming language and one software development framework.
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Experience building real-world applications, products, or client projects.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with international teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, or similar)
Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, PHP, Ruby, .NET, or similar)
Mobile development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or similar)
Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
AI tools and modern developer productivity tools
Open-source contributions, GitHub projects, or personal portfolios
