2. About the Opportunity:
The Product Manager Lead, Data (Credit & Alternative Data Strategy) will drive the strategy and commercialization of key data assets that enable credit risk, decisioning, identity, and financial services products. This role influences how new data is transformed into scalable products that support innovation, insight, and growth. The position contributes by shaping data offerings that support lenders worldwide and enabling the creation of data-driven solutions across diverse financial services use cases.
3. Responsibilities:
Define and lead the strategy for evaluating, acquiring, and expanding data assets supporting credit lifecycle products
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams to develop scalable data products for models, scores, and decisioning solutions
Develop a long-term data roadmap aligned with product portfolio and growth objectives
Facilitate commercialization by enabling product teams to bring data-driven solutions to market
Identify new opportunities through market and competitive insights in lending and financial services
Work across credit risk, fraud, identity, and decisioning teams to support varied customer segments and use cases
Ensure data products comply with governance, regulatory standards, and deliver measurable commercial impact
4. Requirements:
Experience with large-scale data assets or data-driven products in financial services, FinTech, or analytics settings
Proven collaboration with data science teams on attributes, models, or analytics products
Strong background in defining product strategy and roadmaps for data or analytics products supporting multiple use cases
Knowledge of data governance, quality management, and financial data regulatory considerations
Bachelor''s degree required; advanced degree in data science, analytics, finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 8 years in product management, data product management, or analytics product strategy
Experience building business cases, evaluating investments, and driving revenue from data-enabled products
Familiarity with credit bureau data, credit risk analytics, financial data ecosystems, or decisioning platforms
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $133,109 to $239,596
Compensation varies by location, skills, experience, and education
Eligibility for variable pay opportunity
