ABOUT PAC
Physique Ascension Club is a 30,000+ sq. ft. premium bodybuilding and luxury fitness facility built around one goal: creating one of India’s most complete training experiences.
With 160+ pieces of equipment across 16+ international and specialized brands, dedicated training zones, women’s training area, cardio mezzanine, posing facilities, recovery services and a growing fitness community, PAC is designed to operate at a level significantly beyond the traditional commercial gym model.
We are now looking for an experienced General Manager who can take complete ownership of club operations and help build the systems, culture and execution standards required to scale PAC.
This is not a desk-management position.
We need a hands-on operator and leader.

THE ROLE
The General Manager will work directly under the CEO and serve as the central point of accountability for the Gurgaon club.
You will be responsible for bringing structure to the entire operation and ensuring that every department, from sales and fitness to housekeeping, maintenance and member experience, is performing at the expected standard.
The ideal candidate should be capable of walking into a large operation, identifying what isn’t working, implementing systems, assigning accountability and ensuring execution without requiring constant supervision.
You will oversee:
Sales & Revenue
* Drive monthly membership revenue and conversion targets
* Build and monitor sales processes, lead follow-ups and closing performance
* Review daily and weekly sales KPIs
* Hold the sales team accountable for individual and club targets
* Improve renewals, referrals and member retention
* Identify additional revenue opportunities within the club
Fitness & Personal Training
* Manage the Fitness Manager and trainer team
* Establish trainer performance standards and accountability
* Improve PT conversions and revenue
* Maintain professional standards across the gym floor
* Ensure members receive a premium training experience
Club Operations
* Take ownership of the complete day-to-day functioning of the facility
* Create and enforce SOPs across departments
* Build reporting structures, checklists and accountability systems
* Coordinate staff scheduling and manpower requirements
* Ensure opening/closing procedures are consistently followed
* Identify operational problems before they reach the CEO
Member Experience
* Maintain a genuine luxury-club standard throughout the facility
* Handle escalated member concerns professionally
* Improve member satisfaction and retention
* Ensure staff communication and behavior reflect the PAC brand
* Continuously identify ways to improve the member experience
Facility & Equipment
* Ensure 160+ machines and all training areas remain properly maintained
* Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping and presentation
* Coordinate vendors and facility-related requirements
* Ensure downtime of equipment and facilities is minimized
Team Leadership
* Lead department managers and frontline staff
* Conduct structured daily/weekly management meetings
* Set measurable KPIs for each department
* Identify underperformance quickly and implement corrective action
* Recruit, train and develop team members where required
* Build a culture of discipline, ownership and execution
CEO Reporting
* Work directly with the Founder & CEO
* Provide concise daily/weekly reporting on revenue, operations, staffing and unresolved issues
* Convert leadership decisions into execution
* Bring solutions—not simply problems—to management
* Reduce the CEO’s involvement in routine operational firefighting

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This position is best suited for someone who has already managed a large premium gym, luxury health club, high-end fitness facility or comparable hospitality operation.
Preferred background:
* 5+ years of fitness/hospitality management experience
* Previous experience as a General Manager, Club Manager, Operations Head or senior equivalent
* Experience managing a premium or luxury fitness facility strongly preferred
* Experience managing multiple departments and sizable teams
* Strong understanding of membership sales and revenue management
* Experience with PT operations and fitness-team management
* Excellent people-management and conflict-resolution skills
* Strong knowledge of SOPs, reporting, KPIs and operational systems
* Commercially minded and comfortable being held accountable for numbers
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Comfortable working directly with an entrepreneurial Founder/CEO
Experience with a serious bodybuilding or strength-focused facility is a major advantage.

You should be organized enough to build systems, commercially sharp enough to understand revenue, demanding enough to maintain standards, and experienced enough to manage people without creating unnecessary chaos.

The CEO sets the direction.
The General Manager makes sure the club executes it.

LOCATION & RELOCATION
This position is based full-time at PAC Gurgaon — AIPL Joy Street, Sector 66.
We are open to exceptional candidates from anywhere in India.
For the right candidate, relocation assistance to Gurgaon will be provided, including support with the transition and accommodation setup.
Candidates currently managing premium clubs in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Chennai or other major Indian markets are encouraged to apply.
