The company combines AI, consumer electronics, and health technology to create accessible, user-friendly hearing solutions for everyday consumers. Its products are sold through both online and offline channels, and the company is continuing to expand its presence in the U.S. market.
As part of this growth, the company is building out its U.S. commercial and user-facing capabilities across sales, marketing, channel development, community operations, and customer engagement.
About the Role
We are looking for a Community & User Operations Coordinator to support the company’s growing U.S. user base.
This is a hands-on role covering community operations, customer communication, user engagement, beta testing, user research, feedback collection, documentation, and local user activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, user-focused, and comfortable working directly with consumers. This person will also work closely with cross-functional teams in both the U.S. and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day community operations, including member engagement, comment monitoring, moderation, and user questions
Serve as a first point of contact for product, app, account, order, and service-related inquiries
Follow up on user issues and coordinate with internal teams to support resolution
Monitor user sentiment, recurring issues, product feedback, feature requests, and other VOC themes
Support beta testing and pre-launch programs, including participant recruitment, onboarding, shipment coordination, reminders, surveys, and feedback tracking
Coordinate remote and in-person user interviews, including scheduling, preparation, note-taking, and follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with core users, beta testers, brand advocates, and community members
Support local user visits, meetups, and community activities across the U.S.
Collect and organize user stories, testimonials, photos, videos, and other user-generated content
Maintain user lists, interview notes, VOC trackers, beta testing records, FAQs, and other operational documentation
Review U.S.-facing customer and community content to ensure clear, natural, and culturally appropriate communication
Collaborate with product, marketing, customer service, and operations teams across multiple time zones
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
1–4 years of relevant experience in community operations, user operations, customer experience, customer support, user research, beta testing, field marketing, community engagement, or a related function
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable communicating directly with U.S. consumers
Strong organizational, execution, and follow-up skills
Experience using spreadsheets, shared documents, surveys, and project tracking tools
Comfortable working with distributed and international teams
Willingness to participate in occasional cross-time-zone meetings
Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Background
Experience in consumer electronics, smart devices, wearables, digital health, medical devices, wellness technology, audio products, or other consumer-facing technology products
Experience with user interviews, VOC programs, beta testing, customer support, community engagement, local events, or field activities
Experience supporting consumer-facing products or services
Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Zoom, survey platforms, and collaborative project management tools
