Role Overview:
We are looking for an associate engineer to support rotational engineering assignments,
engineering design, and manufacturing. The company’s Early Career Rotational Development
Program is designed to give emerging engineers hands-on experience, leadership exposure,
and accelerated career growth.

Job Responsibilities:
● Complete multiple rotations across engineering functions and business units.
● Design Engineering
● Test & Validation Engineering
● Research & Development
● Contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
● Design, develop, improve, and optimize products, systems, and manufacturing
processes.
● Participate in a capstone project that addresses a real business challenge and present
recommendations to senior leadership.
● Partner with experienced mentors and leaders invested in your success.
● Build relationships across multiple functions and locations.
● Participate in structured learning, development, and networking opportunities.
● Develop technical depth and business acumen.
● Gain broad exposure to the company's products, customers, and operations while
building a strong foundation.
● Collaborate across regional and global teams.
Qualifications:
● Mechanical Engineering
● Electrical Engineering
● Manufacturing Engineering
● Industrial Engineering
● Engineering Technology
● Systems Engineering
● Other related engineering disciplines
● Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
● Previous internship, co-op, project, research, or leadership experience.
● Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
● Willingness to relocate every 6-months for rotational assignments.
● Ability to commit to the two-year rotational program.
● Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in
the future.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $85,000 per year.
