Role Description The Marketing Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Rajkot, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The role involves promoting company services, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and supporting sales and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Marketing Representative also assists in organizing and delivering product or service training sessions, coordinating marketing materials, and providing responsive customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to gather feedback, refine messaging, and support overall brand awareness is an important part of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present services clearly, build rapport, and maintain professional client interactions.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and support promotional initiatives.
Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in delivering product or service demonstrations and client education sessions.
Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, proficiency in standard office software, and the ability to analyze market trends.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in a client-facing or sales role, is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally in and around Rajkot as required.
