We are looking for an experienced Media Centre & Studio Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our complete media centre and professional production studio facility.
We are looking for someone with strong practical knowledge of media production, studio services, professional equipment and production workflows — someone who can take ownership from:
Client Requirement → Service Planning → Equipment Coordination → Execution → Problem Solving

• Production & Photography
• Video Production
• Audio / Recording Studio
• Dubbing & Voice Recording
• Music Production
• Mixing & Mastering
• Foley & Sound Design
• Editing & Post-Production
• Colour Grading / DI
• Graphics & Motion Graphics
• VFX Workflows
• Green Screen / Green Matte Production
• Studio & Equipment Rentals
• Media Training & College Activities
• Events & Workshops
WE EXPECT YOU TO UNDERSTAND
• Professional cameras & accessories
• Lighting & studio setups
• Audio recording systems & microphones
• Mixers, interfaces & monitoring systems
• Video production & live-production equipment
• Editing / post-production systems
• Studio infrastructure & connectivity
• Basic signal flow & troubleshooting
• Production software & workflows
• Equipment handling, maintenance & operational requirements
You do not need to be a specialist engineer in every department.
However, you should have enough technical understanding to identify a problem, understand its impact, coordinate the right technical person and ensure the issue is resolved properly.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO
• Understand what a client actually needs
• Recommend the appropriate service and facility
• Identify the required equipment and resources
• Coordinate technical teams and production staff
• Ensure studios are properly prepared before production
• Supervise bookings, sessions and productions
• Handle unexpected operational issues
• Communicate confidently with clients and teams
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the entire centre
IDEAL BACKGROUND
Candidates with experience in:
Film / Television Production | Studio Operations | Audio Production | Post-Production | Production Houses | Broadcast / Live Production | Media Institutions | Professional Studio Facilities
Strong media-industry experience and practical knowledge are more important than purely administrative experience.
