About NESATTO
NESATTO is a consumer-first PropTech venture being developed by IDEAS Origination Limited (IO).
We are building a new way for people to prepare, connect and navigate their home journey — bringing greater simplicity, visibility and coordination to an experience that remains fragmented across multiple systems, processes and providers.
The product vision, consumer journey and prototype have already been developed. We are now looking for the right technical co-founder to help take NESATTO to its next stage and towards market launch.

The opportunity
We are looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder who combines strong engineering and architecture capability with genuine product thinking.
You might currently be a Product Engineer, Software Architect, Principal/Senior Engineer, Engineering Lead, Head of Engineering or CTO. You must have ability to architect, build and ship excellent digital products.
This is a hands-on co-founder role. Initially, you will work directly with the Founder to shape the technology, challenge product decisions where appropriate and build the technical foundations required for NESATTO to scale.
What you will do
You will take technical ownership of NESATTO and work closely with the Founder to:
assess the existing prototype and determine the right path from prototype to production;
define the technical architecture and engineering roadmap;
build and ship the first market-ready version of the platform;
create a scalable foundation for consumer accounts, data, documents, journeys and professional connections;
design integrations with external data sources and services;
establish strong security, privacy, identity and data-governance foundations;
ensure the platform captures meaningful user behaviour, intent and journey events from the outset;
explore practical applications of AI, intelligent automation and emerging technologies where they materially improve the user experience;
make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions;
establish engineering standards, testing, deployment and observability;
contribute to product decisions rather than simply implement specifications;
eventually help recruit and lead the engineering capability as NESATTO grows; and
represent the technology proposition in conversations with partners, investors and the wider PropTech ecosystem.
Who we are looking for
You will ideally have experience in several of the following:
Experience in several of the following would be particularly valuable:
building consumer platforms, SaaS products or digital marketplaces;
taking a product from zero-to-one or MVP into production;
modern full-stack application architecture;
APIs and third-party integrations;
cloud infrastructure and scalable data architecture;
event-driven product analytics and behavioural data;
identity, permissions, document handling and secure data;
payments and transactional platforms;
applied AI, LLMs, intelligent automation or agentic workflows;
privacy, security and GDPR considerations; and
platform architecture involving multiple user types or ecosystem participants.
Experience within PropTech, real estate, mortgages, conveyancing, FinTech or another regulated consumer ecosystem would be valuable, but genuine product thinking and evidence of building excellent platforms matter more.

can challenge assumptions constructively;
makes pragmatic decisions rather than engineering for engineering's sake;
is comfortable operating without a large team or established playbook;
is genuinely interested in property and improving the home journey;
actively follows developments in technology, AI and emerging digital products; and
wants meaningful ownership of something they help create.
You do not need to arrive with every answer. You do need to want to find them.
Founder opportunity
This is a genuine technical co-founder opportunity.
Compensation: Meaningful co-founder equity.
Initial stage: Equity only.
Commitment: Part-time or full-time.
We recognise that the right person may currently have other professional commitments, so the relationship can begin flexibly while we establish founder fit and build towards the next stage.
The intention is for the successful person to become NESATTO's long-term CTO, with salary introduced when the business reaches an appropriate funding or revenue milestone.
Equity will reflect commitment, contribution and long-term responsibility and will be subject to an agreed vesting structure.
