Administrative Assistant

Role Description The Deputy Chief Financial Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the overall financial leadership of Zahra Medical Safety Complex. This role includes overseeing day-to-day financial operations, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The Deputy CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, evaluate investment decisions, manage financial risks, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The role involves analyzing financial performance, recommending improvements in cost control and revenue optimization, and supporting the implementation of financial systems and best practices. The Deputy CFO will also provide guidance to finance team members and support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the organization’s financial health.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in corporate or healthcare-related financial management.
Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy.
Ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is beneficial.
Knowledge of healthcare or medical aesthetics industry operations and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, and remote work skills, with the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership.
Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
