Vice President of Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and driving the company’s long-term strategic direction across mechanical, civil, and e-learning services. This role includes leading strategic planning processes, evaluating market opportunities, and aligning business initiatives with organizational goals. The Vice President of Strategy will collaborate with senior leadership to define growth priorities, oversee digital and business transformation initiatives, and support strategic consulting engagements with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and financial analyses, monitoring performance metrics, refining business models, and communicating strategic plans across teams to ensure effective execution. The role also involves mentoring leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and identifying strategic partnerships that enhance the company’s competitive position.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Proven experience in Strategic Planning, including developing and executing long-term business strategies.
Background in Consulting, with experience advising internal stakeholders or external clients on strategic initiatives.
Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and assessing business cases for investment.
Expertise in Digital Strategy, particularly in leveraging technology to improve operations, services, and customer experience.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related technical industries is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
