Advertising Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Advertising Assistant to join our growing remote advertising team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, career starter, or candidate looking to build professional experience in advertising, marketing, digital media, and client services.
You’ll support advertising campaigns, assist with marketing projects, coordinate information across teams, and help ensure campaigns are organized and delivered on schedule. Training and guidance will be provided.Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating advertising campaigns
Support the preparation of advertising materials and campaign content
Help maintain campaign schedules, deadlines, and project information
Coordinate with creative, marketing, media, and account teams
Assist with online advertising and promotional activities
Research advertising trends, audiences, competitors, and market information
Help review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
Track campaign activities and prepare basic reports
Organize digital files, campaign materials, and communications
Assist with client and internal team communications
Help monitor campaign progress and follow up on assigned tasks
Perform other advertising and marketing support activities as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new software and digital platforms
Basic knowledge of social media and online marketing
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
