High-Ticket Closer (Full-Remote)

Job description:
We are hiring an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to sell web design services to US-based business owners.
This is a closing-only role. Qualified prospects are booked for you, and our team prepares a customized website before the sales call. Your job is to run the sales conversation, handle objections, close the deal, and collect payment.
Compensation:
20% uncapped commission
Typical deals: $1,500–$5,000+
Strong performers can earn $5,000–$20,000+ per month
Approximately 4–7 held calls/day when the calendar is full

Full-time
8 AM–6 PM CDT
Remote — open globally
Near-native/perfect spoken English required
Requirements
Proven high-ticket or B2B closing experience
Experience closing on the first call
Strong objection handling
Comfortable asking for and collecting payment
Confident, professional communication with US business owners
Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
Able to clearly explain previous sales results
Experience in web design, digital marketing, SaaS, agencies, consulting, SEO, or other B2B services is strongly preferred.
We're looking for a qualified closer who can produce results without needing basic sales training.
